Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2PM PT may begin processing the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 


 

Delivery Responsibility

Once tracking has been provided, Oetori is no longer responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or disruptions caused by the shipping carrier. 

Please note, we are unable to reroute or intercept packages once in transit.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered, but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or nearby areas first.

Oetori is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

 


 

Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our formulations, we cannot guarantee the hygiene or integrity of products once they are opened or returned. For the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been shipped, except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact hello@oetori.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
